The koi fish prize will be delivered directly by Koi Raffle Giveaways or its authorized representative to the winner using the delivery details provided by the winner.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

7. Fair Participation

Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or fraudulently influence the raffle may result in disqualification without refund.

8. Website Availability

While we strive to keep the website available at all times, we are not responsible for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability
